"The location of the hotel is a 10 min walk from a major train station which was super convenient. The hotel is relatively bigger compared to other hotels we've stayed at but not much. We loved the fact that there is a convenient store right down stairs. The hotel staff service was moderate nothing out the ordinary. Check in and check out was simple. The state of the rooms need some updating for sure. Slightly dusty but not much. "

Location, location, location!!

"Fabulous location. Everything is literally at your doorstep. Mega Don Quixote is across the street and open 24/7. Hotel is spotless and very modern. Rooms are decently sized for Japan. They have Toto toilets which are a treat. Slippers and pajamas were provided. Another nice touch. Service was impeccable. The only downside is that it looks like a hotel is being constructed next door and you can hear a lot of banging and construction noise all day. Luckily we were out and about most of the day but something worth knowing. Would definitely recommend and return. "

"This hotel was well-located at Yokohama Harbour. We walked to Cosmo World, the huge Ferris wheel, the air cabins, the tall ship, the Landmark Hotel 69th floor lookout, brickyards,…all the local attractions. And we’re seniors. La veranda restaurant in the hotel serves a great breakfast buffet, with both Japanese and western options. A coin op laundry supplies its own detergent. Got a load done for $3. Dry for a buck. Subway station right down the street. Yokohama is a beautiful city and the Apa tower is perfect. Pay a little more and get a room with a view of the harbour. It’s especially beautiful at night. "
