"This was my 4th stay at this property. I would give it 5 stars, however in building 18, we could hear from the unit above every time they went to the bathroom, flushed the toilet, turned on the dishwasher or shower. This is the only unit where we have stayed that we had a noise issue. Also, this location has many buildings around and limited parking. Additionally, apparently a work station for the development is also in this area and we heard loud talking multiple times during “quiet hours”. We will definitely come back but will make a request to not be in this location. On the positive side, all the staff are wonderful. We love the pool and especially the baby pool for the grandkids. The restaurant is an added bonus to have on the property. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The sunsets are just amazing from this location."

"Paul was a nice host & made everything easy for us. Location was wonderful with easy access to the bay. Pool was great & view was stunning! Quiet neighborhood with amenities nearby. It was nice to have a small well stocked kitchen and outside grill. The addition of a single induction burner would have been helpful & made a big difference for us.We will be back & hope to see you again next year Paul! "

"Bathrooms need an overhaul. Kitchen was reasonably stocked, but over a 10-day stay we needed to request several items. Pool was wonderful"

"Beautiful complex and views from the room. The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but clean. Only downside was the bed was very old and uncomfortable so we had to buy a foam topper which we then had to leave there rather than travel home with it."

"The negative part is that the condo needs updating, There should be a key code for the door instead of worrying about losing keys at the beach or pool. Beautiful sunsets and views. There were very few bugs in the condo considering it’s Hawaii. Stan and his wife were prompt in addressing any of our needs."
