"Super worth it! Clean room. Coffee shop is great. Restaurant was good but not many options. Staff was really nice. Property was beautiful. The store and the staff in that store were amazing. The only con was no regulating pool area so Saturday night was super busy with young adults and was very loud until the pool closed. We had a room right above the pool and even with the door shut it was so loud. We couldn’t even fit in either hot tub because it was overrun with young adults who were obviously not guests at all. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend this resort. "

"Beautiful complex and views from the room. The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but clean. Only downside was the bed was very old and uncomfortable so we had to buy a foam topper which we then had to leave there rather than travel home with it."

"This place was fantastic—exactly what you hope for in a VRBO. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including paper products, which made things really easy for our group.We had five people and there were plenty of bath towels and washcloths, plus beach towels for everyone, which was a huge plus. The beds were comfortable, and the AC units worked great—definitely appreciated after being out in the heat.The location and amenities really stood out. It’s a short walk to a nice sandy beach, and the heated pool was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!"

"Very nice condo and the views were fantastic. Pool area was real close and there was a public beach access about 1/4 mile away to watch sunsets. Condo had beach chairs, towels and boogie boards to use which was great. Very quiet and meet some nice neighbors in the complex at the pool. Thank you Shawn."

"Great location with lots of space in the unit. Clean and parking is near the unit. As an underwater enthusiast and long time diver, we really enjoyed Todd’s photos on the wall. Definitely look forward to returning in the future. P.S. the property is only a mile from the harbor where the manta ray night dive/snorkel trips run from - A MUST SEE!"

"Location was great, just a couple minutes to the beach behind the condo complex. Lots of thoughtful items in the unit to make things comfortable... AC unit in the master, games, beach umbrella and other gear, well-stocked kitchen supplies. Host was responsive even during off-hours to questions and trying to resolve issues. Had an issue with the living room ceiling fan light not turning off but otherwise things functioned just fine. Very comfortable as a home base for exploring!"

"It was dated but, clean, quiet and roomy. TV’s were not great. Couldn’t get the living room tv to turn on. Overall a nice stay. They also had beach towels and boogie boards which I thought was nice."

"Our host, Maria, was great! She was available to help and answer questions immediately. All the supplies we needed were available. Unit was well furnished and very clean. I can’t say enough about the location and being able to hear the waves crashing at night. It truly is a Hawaiian paradise. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the Kona area"
