Spacious, Luxurious, Tropical Townhouse Style Condo For A Truly Aloha Vacation

"Ashok was very sweet the entire time. The upstairs is funky in an adorable and tropical way. A lot of the blinds are broken and say don’t use so there’s not tremendous way to block out the heat. The kitchen is great for the basics and the couches were comfortable. The air conditioning does not cool down the upstairs with any sort of haste. Heat rises, turning off the lights also turns off the fans, and if you forget to turn the AC to 85 before leaving, they will do it remotely. The AC only goes as low as 76, so if you need cold then this is not the place for you. The downstairs stays cooler. The bedrooms share a wall that the headboard of each bed sits against, but the sounds of each others TV was pretty well muted. Bedroom 1 does not have a closet, and the windows look out to the pool/ the other condos right across the sidewalk so I didn’t open my curtains. The darkness helped keep it cool. There are 3 drawers in the bedside table. The closet has the washer in it which prevents the doors from closing. The rest of the closet is filled with beach items, pool noodles, coolers etc. parking is about 200ft from the condo, though there’s a temporary lot you can use for dropping things off. All in all, I really liked the vibe of the place and the host was great and super responsive. No real substantial or nice beaches anywhere near by, but the pool is super warm and only 5ft deep. Bianellis pizza is out of this world good. Really need a car if you’re staying here. Good access w car."

"This was a very nice place. I was actually pleasantly surprised considering the price was more in line with a hotel rather than a resort. I did not realize though, that it is a time share and i was asked to attend a 90 minute presentation which i did not go to. I would stay there again with no hesitation."
Stunning 5 Star Ocean View Condo with all the Amenities!

"We could not have asked for a better experience than we had with this condo and owner! The condo was perfect for our family; the views from the lanai were just so beautiful, the location was ideal for all of our adventures across the island, and it was walking distance to shopping and some really good restaurants. Everything was sparkling clean and I can say with no hesitation that all of the little touches the owner provided, such as kitchen and household items, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers, made the trip so easy and enjoyable. Michael clearly cares that his guests have a great vacation and has put a lot of effort into making sure the condo exceeds expectations and that any questions are answered very quickly. We hope to return to the Big Island sooner rather than later and will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything Michael!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The host contacted us several times to be sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very well stocked with extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. the entire apartment was very clean and the kitchen included a variety of utensils for cooking. The pools and the parking were conveniently located. There were plenty of books on the shelf to read. Porch had a beautiful view and nice furniture. Everything for the beach is included in the closet. We loved the place."

"The room we stayed in said it was a partial ocean view. When looking out the sliding glass doors from the living room, we had more of an ocean view than we were expecting. We also had partial ocean views when looking out from both bedrooms. The property has 3 pools and one of them is a quiet pool, which is the one we used the most. We arrived after hours and the security guy was helpful with showing us where the condo was located and then we were able to go the next morning to finish checking in."
