A whole new level of comfort

This property was absolutely heavenly. House has top quality finishes and appliances. Within a gated community, we felt safe at all times. It was quiet and private, without the hectic traffic of ā€œdowntownā€ Kona. Perfect for our group (1 married couple, and two single friends). Weā€™d love to stay here again.

This property's view made up for its shortcomings. Watching the ocean, with whales, waves, dolphins galore was incredible! The house itself was beautiful but could use some light repairs. There are some pool toys and beach gear in garage. Be sure to walk/drive 1 mile south to "end of the world" at high surf!

Beautiful Stay in Kona

When looking at staying for 7 days in Kona for an adult family of 4 we looked at resorts and we looked at vacation rentals. This property kept coming up and the only reason I didnā€™t book sooner was because it wasnā€™t directly on the water. There is a golf hole between the backyard of this property and the ocean. But the price was great for the amenities. The home has a private saltwater pool and hot tub, it has a great master bedroom and bathroom. It has all of the stuff you need in the kitchen. We loved the location, itā€™s in a quiet neighborhood which is great for daily walks. It is roughly 15

Absolute Paradise

Our family had an unbelievable time staying here! It was everything we could have imagined and more. The location was great to explore Kona. The house fit our family of 5 perfectly! The entire process went so smooth. Working with Kona Coast Vacations was so easy, and everything was better than advertised! The home is stunning!

We really did enjoy our stay. The home is equipped with everything you need. We were a little shocked by the lack of sand beaches on the Big Island however we knew we would be driving and exploring the island so not a deal breaker. This home has a beautiful view and the pool and spa were an added bonus, especially after a long day of exploring. Please note that there is not a beach that is walking distance, you will need a car! We throughly enjoyed our trip!

We enjoyed our own pool with a view of the ocean more than we thought we would. It became the place to gather. The large central island and the adjacent great room kept everyone in connected when we were at the home. We opened up the large glass slider, and the pool area and the great room became one large area, perfect for a family on vacation.

Fantastic views and sunsets! Beautiful place to stay with the Hawaiian feeling. The pictures on VRBO make it look like it's right next to the ocean. That is not the case. There is a golf fairway between the house and the ocean and you can't walk down to the ocean from the house. Overall, a great experience.

Great Place to Stay!

Usually when we come to Kona we stay at Royal Kona Resort. This year we decided to rent a house down the coast and this place fit the bill. It's a wonderfully laid out house with modern kitchen and grill. The lanai is where you'll most likely find yourself the majority of your visit, and what a lanai it is!!! We spent time watching whales and golfers on one of the most beautiful holes in the world. Shopping center with groceries and restaurants is about a mile away and snorkel beach is just down the road. Beds were comfortable and slept great. We would definitely rent this place should we return to Kona.

Beautiful Home to relax in

We enjoyed everything about this home. The pool was very nice to cool off in after a day of exploring the Island. The home itself was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed most of our meals outside on the beautiful lanai with amazing ocean views and sunsets. The kitchen was nice with very high end appliances. Very close to restaurants and shopping which made things easy for a night out to dinner. We canā€™t wait to go back and enjoy everything this home has to offer. Mahalo
