Relax at the Oceanfront Pool while you plan your adventure in Hawaii. Beautiful 1 bedroom ground floor condo on the scenic Ali'i Drive less than a mile from town. Full kitchen, Queen Novaform 14 inch gel memory foam mattress in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Condo complex pool on the ocean with a BBQ pavilion. Private lanai, Air conditioning, assigned parking spot, 32 inch TV, WiFi, and beach gear. Everything you need for a great Hawaii vacation!

The Space:
Come enjoy our relaxing 1 bedroom, newly remolded, fully stocked condo in Kona Shores, a cute older condo complex on the scenic Ali'i Drive less than a mile from town. 1 Queen memory foam bed, 1 Queen sofa sleeper, and kitchen table all comfortably accommodate 4 people. New air conditioning unit in living room quickly cools the whole place now that we opened up the wall to the bedroom for a spacious feeling. Ground floor unit on Ali'i drive gives you easy access to the assigned parking spot to make coming and going a breeze. Our condo is fully stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms for 4 people with everything you will need. We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for you to use while you enjoy your stay with us. The oceanfront pool is amazing to sit and watch the sunset. Green flash coffee is located next door and town is less than a mile walking distance.

Guest access:
While staying at our condo you have access to the shared ocean front condo pool, BBQ area which is shared but can also be reserved, and a coin operated laundry facility. The keys are in a lock box and one assigned parking space is provided conveniently located outside back lanai door. Kona Shores is as older complex but well maintained. Please no smoking inside the condo.

Interaction with guests:
We want you to feel at home during your stay at our condo and the lock box for keys allows you to come and go without the worry of losing keys. We live about 15 minutes up the hill. We are a phone call away for any questions, recommendations, or maintenance needs.

The property was awesome! I had one small issue with a spider, could happen anywhere! Make sure that the Raid is stocked lol. Location was very nice, close to the coffee shop. Hostess was very helpful. Make sure to take in the view of the pool. Also, a step stool for the microwave would be nice. We are shortl!

Great rental for 2 people. Pool was beautiful! Less tha 1/2 mile to magic sands and wave pool. Coffee shop is next door. We could hear the road, but we’re just not the types that bothers. Disabled mother had no issues accessing the unit from parking. Contact person was wonderful and made check in so easy!

The apartment was very well equipped. There was beach/pool/snorkel equipment as well as pool towels. The kitchen had enough room for everything and a table that was just perfect for the four of us. Our child really enjoyed the toys and books.We had enough room for our suitcases and even with the couch bed it never seemed to crowded. The pool was awesome and had some shade to sit and watch the kids. The street could be a little noisy at times but at night it was just fine.

OK spot in Kona (Read On)

The advertisement is a bit misleading. The complex has a small rocky beach that is oceanfront in the very back. This unit is in the front of the complex and on the main road, so there is alot of traffic noise and you could feel the big subwoofers when they drove by. The unit is old and in need of updating. Refridgerator is rusty. Really, it has a bunch of rust on it. On the positives, it is a short 1 mile walk to the downtown area close to everyting, the bed was comfy and the ac worked well.

This was a great place to stay. The bed and the living quarters were very comfortable. The sunsets from the pool were the most special experience. Beach chairs and towels were convenient. All in all this was more affordable and close to everything one may need in a visit.

Nice location in Kona. The unit itself is close to the road but it was quiet enough not to be bothersome. Beautiful oceanfront pool. We appreciated the owner/manager accommodating us with an early check in. The unit itself could use some refreshing in terms of decor and lighting, such as bedside lamps on both sides of the bed and something besides the ceiling light in the main area.

Tiffany was very cheerful and welcoming when we call on the way from the airport. We appreciated having two beach chairs and a beach umbrella, air conditioning to lessen the heat and humidity and to disguise the sound of traffic (the door is 25’ from the highway), nice beach-themed art on the walls, a big quiet fan over the bed, comfortable bed and pillows, the clean pool with umbrella tables right next to the waves. Overall, it could use some more cleaning and maintenance, and the outside of the fridge is rusty, but Tiffany was responsive to our needs, such as when the sliding screen door fell off its track or the kitchen lights were too dim. The cost of our stay was quite low compared to most properties in Kona, we slept well and enjoyed a beach-side pool, so seems like a good value.

Our family and I had a few rentals at Kona Shores. It was a great location, not overly crowded, and our host was very friendly making sure we had everything we needed even during a busy holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend!

Overall it was a great experience the place had all details you would expect from a tropical vacation spot lush vegetation beach themed decor really nice pool and party area lots of amenities fully stocked with everything you would need lots of cute little touches Very quiet at night bed was comfortable felt safe loved being close to town easy to get everywhere Green Flash coffee was awesome right next door with a menu in the condo Tiffany the owner was very friendly checked in periodically via email to make sure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed Which we did! Older property with very thin walls. Wasn’t clear that unit barely 10 feet from the 24/7 traffic on major road. That was disappointing. Adequate place but like most places here, overpriced for what you get. Bed is very comfortable and owner is so very responsive!!
