This is the type of location you actually would not have to have a car in Kona. Inside walls between units are 12 inch thick concrete which makes this condo very quite and peaceful. This unit has everything you need for a fun stay. Kona Plaza Condominium Complex has a great pool with lounge chairs & 2 BBQ decks with great views of the ocean/mountain. WHAT A DEAL! Nice compact w/d units, which we used. Lanai was outfitted with nice chairs, day-bed. Parking is a must in Kona and great to have with this unit, in garage below, or small lot on main level. Also, a lot of beach items for customer's use: chairs, cooler, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and condo was in a great location for wedding activities we were in Kona to attend. An unfortunate aspect of this unit must be mentioned, however. The mattresses are not comfortable. Mattresses need to be replaced, plain and simple. ##### Dave S. It was also close to restaurants and Kona shops. The unit was well equipped for water recreation with beach towels, Fins, masks, snorkels, beach chairs, coolers, and water socks.
