Amazing grounds

These units are all located on a large property with palm trees, tropical foliage, and spectacular swimming pools. The pools and hot tubs are especially luxurious. Walking around is pure joy. Housekeeping were very helpful and efficient.

Great Vacation place! Host had things well setup and checking-in was easy. The Hosts communication was helpful. The unit was spacious and had exactly what we needed. We also walked from the site to Ali’i shops and Kona Pier. Great pool; kids didn’t want to get out!. Enjoyed our experience!

We had an amazing time. The property is immaculate and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. There is someone at the desk 24/7 and security on the property as well so we felt very safe. They will ask you to go to a time share presentation but weren't overly pushy about it, so that was nice. Very wellocated and close to the downtown core.

Beautiful resort grounds and amazing pool close to beach access and downtown Kona. My only negative thing to say would be the lighting in the rooms could be brighter. While the condo had a nice layout with a great patio, it was very dark feeling compared to other condos we have stayed at.

Huge and beautiful floor plan layout. Feels like home and can easily accomodate a big family! My kids love it because it's so big they have a lot of privacy. Parking right by door which is a plus. Highly recommended and will come back again!

Beautiful spot. Easy drivable access to snorkeling beach. 10 min walk to Honl’s beach. 25 min walk to shops. A short drive. Park on upper street to avoid parking lots. Parking lots very expensive.

Great Hawaiian Feel

This property has beautiful foliage and palm trees. Our unit looked at the lower pool - beautiful. We have stayed here 2 times prior and still love the location and the patios in beautiful gardens. The beds were great - very comfortable. The counter tops have been updated. Just the carpet could use replacing with tile or laminate which would give a cleaner feel. Very well stocked kitchen. Love the pool and hottub!

The property is in a good location and clean. It is old and needs improvement though. We had issues with the dishwasher, and a water leak under the carpet. Staff was extremely helpful with any request. Also the pools on the property are very small and cater towards kids, so not that enjoyable for adults only.

A wonderful trip celebrating my wife’s 50th Birthday, our 5th Anniversary and my 59th. The Wyndham location made it easy to enjoy downtown dining, but also easy access to roads around the island without hitting downtown traffic. 10 wonderful days with 2 rooms with King beds made the the 4 in our party rested and ready for every adventure! Fully stocked kitchen made breakfasts at home easy and the closely located grilles let us easily make steak and fish dinners. Lots of great restaurants close by if you want someone else to cook! Sad to leave our little slice of paradise, but we’ll definitely be back!!
