"The property itself was next level, I was excited to stay. Very well maintained, clean and very much a resort vibe, not just another hotel. Staff were friendly, room was clean with a comfortable bed, pool was amazing and all situated right on the beach. My only complaint was the food, what was described on the menu was different from what I got, and the manager wasn't accommodating at all. Besides that though, 10 out of 10."

"It was incredible. What a house. There were fifteen of us: my husband and I celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary, with 3 children and their spouses, all in their forties, and 8 grandchildren. Oldest grandchild is 19, youngest is 4. Property was perfect for all. Loved snorkeling in the bay. Great location to enjoy so much that the island has to offer. We had one very small problem: a stuck door in one bedroom. I made a call, it was repaired the very same day. Great service. An absolutely beautiful stunning home and property."

"The property is as described - beautiful ocean view - especially from kitchen and sun room. The Koa Wood used in the house is beautiful. Kitchen was easy to use and had everything needed to cook and serve meals. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The pull out sofa did not have bedding on it. We requested sheets several times, but none arrived.My son clean all of the filters in the ac units in the house, because none of them were working properly. After cleaning the filters we had adequate air flow. (management please stay on top of maintenance). Our group of 9 had a wonderful week on the Big Island."
