The distance to the sea is about 900 m, the distance to the old part of the town (old town) is about 1 km. It will not take more than 15 minutes to walk to both squares. In about 10 minutes you can reach the amphitheatre or the 5-star Aquarius SPA complex ***** (aqua centre and the biggest SPA centre in Poland).
