The large backyard has a firepit (please bring your own wood) for cozy bonfires under the stars. The quality furnishings of this home will make this home a cozy retreat after returning from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, The Great Smoky National Park or your other East Tennessee adventures \*\*Guest will need sign rent agreement and provide ID prior to reservation\*\* \*\*\*\*House Rules\*\*\*\* 1\. Absolutely NO illegal substances are allowed on premises 2\. Absolutely NO Parties or events. You will be asked to leave immediately without refund 3\. Quiet time hours are between 10pm- 7am. Please keep noise to a minimum. Any violation of noise ordinance will result in a penalty of $300\. If the noise violation continues you will be asked to leave the property immediately and your reservation will be terminated without a refund. 4\. Local residents may reserve only by host permission 5\. Guest must provide photo of a valid state issued ID to host within 48 hours of booking. 6\. The maximum occupancy is 10 people. If you bring more guests, you will be asked to leave with no refund. 7\. Only guests that are on reservation are allowed to stay at property 8\. The fire pit was a nice place to relax at night and even make s’mores. There is even a blackberry bush in the back yard for fresh berries when in season!
