There is parking available for all 5 units at the back of the property near the garage and mural. Street parking available as well. Simple Serenity, Flat #1 sleeps 4 and is made up of 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds in each, 1 full bathroom in the master, and a 0.5 ensuite bathroom in the 2nd bedroom. The flat is very stylishly decorated and has numerous thoughtful touches throughout to make you feel right at home. The eat-in kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, as well as beautiful open shelving for a modern appeal. You will find all the basic cookware, dishes and flatware necessary to create delicious meals for evenings in, along with a K-cup coffee machine and toaster for mornings on the go. The living room is a spacious spot to kick back and watch your favorite shows on your personal streaming subscriptions. It is a great setup for smaller groups, solo travelers, or couples who would like to be near downtown with walkable amenities.. Plenty of room. Very comfortable beds. Blossom Bowls, K Brew and Ale's added bonus. Knoxville is an old college town and likes to stay 'scruffy'. Bring a good gps and car suspension. Very clean. Everything we needed for our stay. K-Brew Coffee down the street is a great local place. Business next door was quiet between 8am - 5pm. Beds were incredibly comfortable and bathrooms were great too. Living room was perfect size for us to play games and watch a movie together as a family. The only thing I’d suggest is a little bigger kitchen table. The rental is for four and not for big families but a little bigger table would be a little more comfortable. I also didn’t anticipate the smaller refrigerator and went grocery shopping prior to checking in. All the groceries fit but just barely. 😂 I do have four sons who have big appetites but for smaller eaters the smaller fridge would probably work just fine. Towels and toothbrushes, paper towels, washing machine soap and fabric softener sheets were really nice touches. And, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower were really nice too! The house is impeccably decorated and modern which I loved. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you! ##### Belinda E. Conveniently located in a historic neighborhood. Easy check in and out process. The bedrooms were larger than expected. Very clean and well decorated apartment. We appreciated the dedicated parking spaces for the property. We really enjoyed the extra touches left for the guests, for example, brochures and menus from local restaurants and attractions, and Instagram profiles for local artists. We would love to stay at this property every time we visit our daughter in Knoxville. ##### Karen W.
