Easy access to the area, which has a lot of great restaurants, breweries and bars. Easy Uber to University of Tennessee. It was very clean, and had everything we needed, even some snacks. The only thing was there was a faint smell of campfire smoke. It didn’t impact our enjoyment though. ##### Jason T. The flat is decorated nicely and was very clean. We were minutes from the Tennessee Theatre where we attend a concert and Market St. where there are shops and places to dine. There is an alley where we could see local wall art as well. Communication was great. Anytime I had a question I received a prompt reply back.
