Great natural light and very relaxing feel everywhere in this home All bedrooms have high-end boutique hotel feel. Upstairs is glam-century modern in common area, then comfy-mod in the cozy 3 bedrooms. Super clean 1.5 baths upstairs. 1 full bath downstairs. Head downstairs for mid-century modern family room. Downstairs: comfortable for 10-12 folks to hangout with all furniture being soft Leather, smart TV, bar, and another full bath. Downstairs can easily be set up to sleep an additional 4 guests.
Large deck with gas grill. Kitchen with moderate supplies, air fryer, micro, keurig, stove, oven. Parking in Drive and Street. House located next to 5 acre cleared park with tennis and basketball.
Super nice and pleasant neighborhood, in late afternoon lots of folks out walking. Newly revitalized Winter 2022.
3 bedroom, 2 with King Size beds, 1 Queen Size bed and a Queen sofa sleeper downstairs. 2.5 bath. Sleeps 8 comfortably. 5 minutes without getting on highway to get to shopping plaza that includes very new: fast food, car wash, grocery, restaurants.
Great starting spot for road bicyclers, for a short ride, or go to Walland/Townsend.
For bicycle trail riders, house is 5 minutes from the trailhead of the nationally praised 12.5 mile South loop of Knoxvilles Urban Wilderness.
