When you stay here you are surrounded by some of Knoxville’s best eateries, shops, theaters, and college football…all within walking distance! Just a 2.5 minute walk to market square! • 75-inch smart TV in the living room with YoutubeTv provided and the ability to stream from Netflix and other apps if you have accounts. • Luxurious mattresses • Fully Equipped Kitchen • Coffee pot with complimentary coffee/tea Sleeps 8! 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom: • Master bedroom: Queen-sized Bed with 43\` TV • 2nd bedroom: Queen-sized Bed with 55\` TV • 2 self-inflating, 22-inch deep, Queen-sized air mattresses Guests have access to the entire loft! We like for guests to have their privacy, but we live just minutes away and are available to help with any needs or questions! We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you\`ve never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville\`s charm is on every side of you stretching from the Old City to Market Square and beyond! You are also within walking distance to the University of Tennessee and big orange football. We have a listing of our favorite spots and things to do when you stay with us in case you need any recommendations. • There will be a $50 charge if the keys are lost or taken. • Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. •For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. There is parking located at 305 W Vine Ave. We recommend using Google Maps, which will take you right to it. If you are using the Apple Maps app, you will need to continue up Vine Ave. a little bit more. The parking lot is on the right-hand side, across from the back end of the Crowne Plaza and the big Catholic church. \- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town. \- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property. \- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest\`s responsibility to do the dishes before they leave. \- Do NOT open or climb out the windows. \- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. We were supposed to stay 2 nights however an emergency called us back home after the first night. Although our time was cut short we really really enjoyed it! The loft was exactly as described. We loved having 2 sofas because we met our son and his gf for the weekend. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t cook. The entire place was charming and the location was perfect. The walk from the parking lot was not bad. You do have to walk up a pretty steep hill on the way back to the car but we found it easy to load and unload luggage in the back parking lot and the move the car. We felt safe during our stay. Right after we checked in we actually watched the police cruise the parking lot out back and then as we were leaving, there was security roaming the lot where we parked. It was easy walking to everything! We can’t wait to come back and actually stay an entire weekend! Oh and the sofa in the living room that pulls out and makes a huge sofa you can stretch out on is such a nice touch and much more comfortable than a traditional pull out sofa! ##### Cristie M. The location is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the theater. Parking is easy, about two blocks from the loft. It was a perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter at UT. CheckIn instructions could have been more detailed, the toilet handle was broken when we arrived, when we notified management, they stated that it would be fixed, but it was not. It was in a perfect location for everything you need. Parking was easy. Check in and check out were easy. The loft was very cute and clean. Great shops and restaurants within just a few yards of the entrance. Clean and quiet building, well equipped. The only negative is the parking and it is well disclosed in the listing. There was no parking pass at all for the building lot and we parked in a nearby garage which was free on weekends. ##### Bradley A.
