Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville\`s charm is on every side of you starting in the Old City and stretching to Market Square and beyond! \- There is paid public parking at Old City Public Parking at 298 E Jackson Ave, just a 3-minute walk from your unit. Uber and Lyft are both frequently utilized in this area. In addition, if you are up for an adventure, Knoxville\`s downtown and campus areas are serviced by electric scooters! \- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. \- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. Everything was within walking distance (meaning right outside your door) cool coffee shops, restaurants, a little market that has necessities, bars, shops. We stayed 3 nights and never had to get into our car. The place is very spacious 3 bedrooms. Our favorite places were the French Cafe, Kaizen, and Kefi next door to the VRBO. My only complaint would be the shower setting the hot water can be a difficult and lengthy process but over all it was a great experience and i would stay again. ##### shanon k. Paying that much money you should be able to take a hot shower with good water pressure. none of the women or my daughter would wash their hair because the pressure was so poor. The biggest downside we ran into was the complete lack of hot water. I'm glad we were only staying for one night or it would have really put a damper on our stay. There was a sign about how to make the water hot, but it didn't seem to apply at all. The other downside was the neighborhood.
