The host was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. The place was extremely clean & cozy. The apartment does share a laundry room with the other guests who stay above the apartment but it is locked and separated from the house. The only suggestion that we have is the beds need mattress toppers or something to make them a little softer. All 4 of us had restless nights due to the hardness of the beds.
