The property was spacious and extremely clean and had an abundance of blankets, towels, kitchen supplies and more. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the warm 60 degree temperatures with long walks at the nearby UT Botanic Gardens and enjoyed sitting outside on the property courtyard. Cons: outside lights in the patio did not work and it felt very unsafe that the door in the bedroom led upstairs to the occupied business, and there was no way to lock it from inside where I was sleeping. This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away but very convenient to downtown and campus. Very spacious apartment and well stocked and kept. We loved that it had 2 king beds as opposed to queens. Bed was very comfortable, really has everything you want or need. And the shower… the best. No words. The only issue we had was check-in and wifi instructions were wrong. Our flight didn’t get into Knoxville until 12:30 am so we didn’t get to the property until after 1 am and the property manager wasn’t available. We finally figured it out and were able to access the property but it was a long process. The manager apologized- but verify your access details BEFORE you get there if you are arriving late. We didn’t have interaction with the property manager other than a brief apology for our inconvenience so can’t vouch for how helpful they are. Otherwise- highly recommend! ##### Lora C.
