The community offers shopping including Target and Publix, local restaurants such as Soccer Taco & Cazzys,a disc golf course, and is close to the interstate for quick access to downtown and other areas of Knoxville. It is a pet friendly home with a fenced in backyard and spacious patio including a hot tub and offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with a sleeper sofa. Perfect spot unplanned trip
Rented the house for my sister's funeral. Host was very responsive and flexible. House was clean, check in easy. Huge backyard and nice patio for entertaining but we did not use it this trip. 4 adults and 3 dogs and had enough room. Rental seemed bigger than pictures.
