The staff were the best part of this hotel. The gym is all right, but not really at the level of a convention center. Lots of food options around. Super safe and has tons of on-site parking

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was spacious. T. I would've liked to know in advance that passes to a nearby gym facility was part of the hotel price (as best I understand) and to know whether it had a pool. he hotel was near to the university, which was convenient for my purposes, but the dining options within walking distance were relatively sparse. There was a grocery store, though.

We stay here every Christmas where we are close to family to drive too. It has always been a nice get away for us for the couple of nights and will continue to do so as long as our kids live in Guelph.

Hotel was nice and had good service at the front desk. Wasn't pleased that they charged $15 to park over night, considering they have a HUGE parking lot. Our room smelled very funky - like the heating unit was growing mould. We probably should have asked to change rooms.

The University of Guelph owns the parking lot and they are charging the fee to park there. Currently, there is complimentary parking on Friday and Saturday nights.I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.

Over priced. We had a suite. It was tiny, really noisy street could here people outside until three in the morning. Restaurant was way overpriced and for a breakfast sandwich and coffee was over $20 will not be returning. Pay parking?? $350 a night. Absolutely ridiculous
