"The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and didn't steam up when taking a shower! The breakfast was very welcome and gave a good range of food and drink."

This was not acceptable at all .. There was no ramp to get our suitcases up the steps into the hotel reception door way . We found this a struggle and no staff on hand to help. "
