"The property wasn’t anything spectacular but it did the job for our stay. It had plenty of room and we were told by Uber drivers and the neighbors that it was a safe neighborhood. Speaking of Uber drivers, the biggest gripe I have is the listing states the property is 8 minutes from downtown…it’s 22 minutes. Idk where that confusion came from."

"Lovely home. The only downside is the active train that comes by often all hours of the day and night. If you could sleep through noise you’ll be fine, but if you’re a light sleeper it will annoy you. The roof top was amazing!!"

"We loved our stay near the downtown area, but it was very peaceful and quiet. I was a bit hesitant about the space being cramped and dark when I booked, but it was very clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Super comfortable! Communication with our host was very easy, the responses very prompt and she had some terrific suggestions on places to go and the best way to get around. I would not hesitate to stay here when I return to Nashville!"

"We had a great time. We loved the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the creek. One suggestion I would have. We had 6 adults and could not all have a seat in the living area. Maybe get a love seat to replace one of the chairs? However, we spent most of our time around the table talking and playing games. "We came to Nashville to celebrate Christmas and go to ICE at the Gaylord Opryland hotel. The house was perfect for our 3 sons, two wives and 4 grandchildren. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathrooms were shampoo, body wash, etc. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. We really felt at home. The pool looked nice too. We’d love to come again in warmer weather."

"We stayed for a little getaway. Toured several local sites and then relaxed in this cute loft! Parking, checkin, location were all great!"

Close enough to walk back and forth to downtown and several watering holes in the neighborhood.The only reason the cleanliness was lower than a five is because all your silk plants are very dusty, like its been a while since they were cleaned and baseboards had dust bunnies on them. No dish towel for wiping counters or tables and the vegetable crisper froze some stuff. Salt and pepper would have been nice to have and maybe an assortment of board games too. Otherwise...

"Great location, walking distance to everything. Rooms were clean but painting is a definite need. Parking garage is tight and entry and exit requirements are a pain. Very noisy 24/7 but that is due to its location next to the Broadway Strip. If you are looking for a quite night I would suggest going elsewhere. "

"The property and room was nice. Hallways needed to be cleaned. Pool clean. Communication is lacking, getting in and out of the building had many visitors confused. They do put another hold on your card, even if you already paid for the room. Can cause issues for ones traveling on a tight budget. "
