Designed with ultra-modern facilities and amenities for family and comfort. 24 hour security gated complex, well-kept grounds. Beautifully landscaped with a private back yard & spacious rooms. House full of Jamaican antiques On entering, one is greeted with an open plan, where the living/dining room opens into a single space, with the kitchen tucked away to the right of the dining area. The back door opens onto a well landscaped lawn and drying yard. A wide staircase leads to the upper level where two large bedrooms share a single bathroom. The bedrooms can both accommodate king size beds and are air-conditioned. Wide windows with good ventilation are characteristics of this unit.Bedroom one accommodates a king size bed, bedroom two has a queen and single bed with TV, stand, an elegant lounge chair, mostly antique furnishings.bed side tables with lamp and Plenty of storage for your clothes can be found in a spacious purpose built wardrobe with full-height double hanging rails and shelves. Both rooms are air-conditioned with windows which have good ventilation. This apartment is equipped with cable TV, wireless internet, refrigerator, washer/dryer, has stove, oven, iron and board, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning in both bedrooms and living/dining room. The full kitchen features all the amenities and utensils you need. The house has a welcoming atmosphere where any family or corporate traveler would be happy to convene after a long day.
