"We really enjoyed our stay, we have been before and will go back again. The Staff were really helpful and friendly. It would be nice if they included hot chocolate with the breakfast instead of charging extra for it as I don't drink tea or coffee. But overall very good"

"The staff were super friendly and went out their way to help us. We arrived at 12.30 as we had a wedding to go to at Balbirnie House. We knew the room wouldn’t be ready for check in but the staff went out their way to turn our room around so we could drop our bags and have a quick freshen up before leaving at 1.15 for the wedding. The lady on reception also arranged a taxi for us. Thanks again."

"We asked for a cup of tea to go with the buffet & was told we couldn’t have one, We were told you can have the tea bags but can’t use the kettle that was sitting beside the teabags, we even offered to pay for the tea. very disappointed in the staffs reaction to the situation. We won’t be in a hurry to come back"
