BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Great property! Looks a little bigger in the pictures but still pretty accurate . Beds are comfy and overall good location as it is close to many beaches in south Maui. Only thing is that the umbrellas and beach chairs they provided are a little worn down and one of them was no longer useable for us after a couple days. I would probably advise the property owners to upgrade their beach amenities .

Great location except no ocean view. Easy walk to beach. Can opener didn’t work. A few other little thing became irritating over the stay. Living room tv wasn’t fixed despite multiple attempts and repeated requests. Washer setting switch needs replaced had to play with it to get to the right setting. Otherwise we did ok. Thanks.

The condo was clean and very nice furniture including comfortable beds. Included beach chairs, sand toys, and cooler were very convenient and in good condition there was even some cheap snorkel gear that was nice to have. The large counter was great to have for our trip. Only complaints are that it was a bit smaller than we expected which is pretty common from wide lens real estate photography so that wasn’t really a big deal . The location is pretty good and quick walk to the beach and restaurants but if planning to exclusively walk during your stay I would head a few blocks south towards beach park 2Something we were disappointed about was the water and ice not working on the fridge. We received a notice right as we were landing that the fridge was broken but that it would be fixed early in the week, unfortunately it never was fixed during our trip and we ended up having to buy ice a few times.The lack of water and ice was a bummer but the bigger issue was the screws left on the ground from work being done on the fridge that I stepped on the day that we got there. I wasn’t badly injured but was concerned what else may have been on the floor as we had a crawling baby with usOverall was a good place to stay especially for a smaller group that was mostly at the beach all day. If you’re looking for somewhere to hang out inside all day I would look else where
