We really enjoyed our stay here! The lady on check in was friendly and check in was quick and easy. The property is lovely! Well maintained rooms, we had a 2 bed which was perfect for us, our first night we ordered in and the small kitchen area has everything you would need and more! Our son enjoyed some time in the pool and our room was really close to it which was nice. A friendly welcome and a very comfortable base to explore the island. The hotel is away from the hustle & bustle of the main hotel area, so won't suit every one, but we were looking for a little peace and quiet and found it here. Great little apartment for the price of a decent hotel room elsewhere.

We loved staying at the Boat House - the staff were friendly and very helpful, from suggesting places to eat in the evening to when to look for dolphins on the back deck! The room was clean, huge and airy with great air con and the usual appliances (TV, Coffee maker etc). The pool was warm and clean and there is a BBQ grill for customer use on the back deck overlooking the water. It is possible to fish from the pier at the rear and moor a boat if you arrive in one! We spent the evening watching...

A Wonderful place to stay, great location and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. We were in a condo with double views, a big bay window looking from our comfortable bed directly out onto the marina. The other out onto our big balcony overlooking the pool & marina, we did not want to leave. Thanks to the Browne family for the opportunity to spend my 50th birthday at your wonderful condo! Loved your bathroom too!!

Nice hotel in a good location only 5 minutes drive from downtown and Tin City. Whilst the hotel is nice it could do with a refresh. However, that should not detract from what is a great hotel and staff. The rooms are very comfortable with all the amenties you could need. The staff are fantastic and really could not do any more to help you including with tips on where to find free parking in down town and must sees.

This was a fabulous property in a perfect location. It was perfect for our stay and had every thing we needed. Checkin was quick and easy and the staff were very friendly. We would unreservedly recommendation it.

Lovely historic looking hotel. Rooms are large and very clean. Filled with lots of character. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The pool area is very pretty

Nice hotel although situated about 6 miles from Naples on main road junction was great position for going into everglades or to coast. Restaurants and shops within short drive, nice restaurant next door. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Room clean although corridor smelt a little musty. Nice pool. We visited Shark Valley in everglades an easy 1 1/4 hrs drive where you can have a 14 mile bus tour(or hire bikes) to an observation tower with a great guide to point out wildlife.
