Small kitchen serves the unit well for quick breakfasts, lunches and snacks. There is not a stove or microwave safe dishes, so cooking is very limited to a two burner stove. But it was adequate for our needs. Easy access to the pool, beach, tennis courts, laundry, and attached restaurant were great conveniences. The dedicated covered parking was nice too; especially in the summer heat! The property is older but very well maintained. First night there we order local pizza delivery and had wine on the patio and watched the amazing sunset. Condo was very clean. Plenty of towels. Easy access parking and getting into the condo. Keurig coffee maker in the room but bring your own "pods" or whatever they are called, or head to 7-11 for coffee or a local great breakfast spot down the street. Food in the Sunset grill at the condo is also good. Condo employees are so, so, so nice. We did a 4 hr rental on a pontoon boat one day and that was a lot of fun.
