"I don’t often write reviews, especially negative ones, but I want to give a warning. Do not go to this resort and expect a luxury experience, or one akin to other JW Marriott’s, on a holiday week. Perhaps due to the fact that it was the week of Thanksgiving, but the resort was 90% families with young

"This property was an amazing respite in a quiet part of Marco island. It's

owned and well maintained with super friendly staff who care about their jobs. the room was spotless and bigger than anticipated and the docks were amazing to see dolphins, birds and wildlife from. Plus sunsets from the pool deck were gorgeous. I highly recommend staying here- we loved it!"

"The reason communication was terrible is because the beach was contaminated and they did not warn guests of the risk. (DOH-Collier issues water quality health advisory on three Marco Island beaches; E coli at issue) The hotel has very good facilities and fun activities for children and adults. They charge $30 per night for parking, that's something new. We went in July and we didn't have to pay for"
