The space
The home is a two-story colonial house, built in 1760, and sits on nearly an acre of well-manicured land at the entrance of a cul-de-sac near the Kennebunk River. The entire home was refurbished, with new bedrooms, a new kitchen, and new furniture and bedding.

Slider off breezeway leads to deck overlooking back yard and garden. Deck contains deck furniture perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cookouts. Deck also has a new outdoor grill. The large, private back yard is ideal for summer fun like wiffleball, volleyball, croquet, badminton and cookouts.
