I stayed here during a recent convention and couldn’t be more impressed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in and every interaction smooth and friendly. My room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet — perfect after long days at the event. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, with beautiful views that really showed off the best of Kelowna.
