Very good location and friendly staff. Check-in was so fast and got a free upgrade as well. Booked the city tour with them and they gave a luxury car for a reasonable price. Absolutely wonderful stay; I only stayed one night but I would happily have moved my flights and stayed more nights if I had the money! From start to finish, customer service was excellent; I was welcomed with a smile and complimentary drink and shown to my room by welcoming and friendly staff, who chatted happily about my experiences in Nepal. Excellent hotel.

All of the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The owner even picked me up from the airport as it was their election day. Breakfast staff made excellent coffees as well. Really enjoyed my stay here.

The side street is quiet(er), while it's still right by Thamel and the main road. The courtyard and surrounding buildings are nice, room big and clean. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming and sorted out my mistake of booking the wrong date with no issue. The other staff were also very nice and helpful.

I recently had a 2 week stay here and enjoyed it very much. The rooms are clean, secure, in a great location with loads of restaurants/bars shops nearby, the rooftop is very nice and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They can also organise treks/excursions for you

Great stay at this hotel, the staff are great and really helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and it's located practically round the corner from the central road of Thamel. Its rather noisy at night but that's to be expected considering its location. Hot showers were genuinely hot and had no issues. The wifi was good when working properly but there were occasions when it was difficult to access. Many places in Nepal experience the same problems with wifi sometimes so overall it's...

Despite what the reception tells you about free shuttle transfer, it is not. They will ask you for the fee at the checkout. This should be clarified from the beginning
