"No bathrobes or slippers as stated in room spec. No towels either so i had to request them and then i got two wet towels. You had to ask everything what tine is breakfast, where do i go to eat it. They didnt tell me there was a power cut so i was tryng to get the tv to work for 20 minutes. Spec say two restaurants but i only saw one and an employee told me they dont do dinner. Wifi didnt work upstairs so had to sit in reception, again had to ask what is the code then why doesnt it work....

Had a great weekend stay at Hotel Jay Suites - we were greeted by friendly staff and upgraded to a family suite (we were traveling with our kid). Room was clean, well organized and spacious. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Great value of money next to Radisson Kathmandu and Dusit Princess! Extraordinary hospitality than that of market professionals.
The garden is the point of attraction. The room is spacious.
The negative point is that the bathroom is too big, almost the size of a room.

Tour manager Mr. Pramod helped us with out trip across Nepal from Kathmandu-Chitwan-lumbini-pokhara at very affordable rate(recommended). Mr. Anil drove us through Nepal and made out trip very comfortable. All is all an amazing experience. Definitely coming back!

Staff very excellent and very helpful. Although swimming pool is small it made for a lovely end to the day watching the sun set over the mountains and the city before enjoying a beer on the roof. A great experience.
Good location, quiet but very close the center of Thamel. Short stay as only passing through but would definitely return.

Hotel alpine is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in Kathmandu. The location, friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, the luxury elements are just perfect. Every little detail is thought of. Fabulous small hotel in the centre of Thamel and close to all amenities and transport. It is very elegant and comfortable. Rooms are well appointed and the beds very comfortable. Staff extremely polite and helpful and make your stay a very special experience. I have stayed at many hotels...

The side street is quiet(er), while it's still right by Thamel and the main road. The courtyard and surrounding buildings are nice, room big and clean. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming and sorted out my mistake of booking the wrong date with no issue. The other staff were also very nice and helpful.
