"We ended up having to extend our stay due to illness and the staff (particularly the two ladies at the front desk) were super helpful and flexible. The food was very good, including room service which we used a lot as we recovered. The location is very nice as are the views. The staff were also great with housekeeping items such as tissues and water. Our only minor issue was with the state of the shower / tub as it is due for a refresh. But, overall, very minor. Highly recommend this hotel.."

Overall nice stay. The view on a clear day is beautiful, the breakfast buffet is good, the pool area is lovely, massages were great. Staff is kind - shout out to Nelson who helped me recover my passport lost in a plane. On the downside the steam room and sauna were not working well, we did not get house cleaning on our second day and we did not like that the shower water dripped onto the whole bathroom floor. Just feedback for the team which I’m sure can be remedied.

Amazing view from the hotel, even though when you first walk into the reception area. Even better when we got an room upgrade to a room with a big patio. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also amazing with plenty of choices and selections. We had a good dinner too and they were reasonably priced. If you are looking for a place to relax, and staying away from the buzzing Kathmandu.... this is the place to be.

I loved it all ! This unique and quaint property is a delightful addition to your Kathmandu vacation ! In the heart of Thamel handy for durbur square city centre all walkable The rooms are awesome in size and fully equipped to accommodate you and awake refreshed to an awesome brekkie and frankly great coffee . Get to know your locals the rickshaw guys the taxi drivers the street sellers ! I stayed 14 nights and frankly I wanted to stay a thousand ! Give it a try you won’t be disappointed...
