The Luxury villa overlooking the beach of Fourka, which is located at a distance of 600m. Each villa consists of three levels and offers privacy and comfort, as it includes a kitchen, spacious living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, private pool, gym or play room and a large garden. All villas include private parking, air conditioning, televisions, washing machines, fully equipped kitchens with coffee makers and private bathrooms with free toiletries.  
  
 The complex is located in an elevated and quiet area, creating a sense of harmony and relaxation. Just a few steps from the crystal waters of Fourka beach, and 5 km from the famous Possidi Cape beach. It is also 15 km from the nightlife of Kallithea and 89 km from Thessaloniki Airport (SKG).
