"We loved our time at Kelebek Hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was amazing, views from the rooftops are spectacular. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We also used their spa/hamam service and it was a very relaxing experience. They helped us arrange a baloon ride and a guided tour, both of which were excellent. We also used the airport transfer arranged by them, very convenient and timely service. Overall, great experience and we highly recommend"

"Pretty intriguing living in a cave - I would recommend it for the experience for a few days but not for life :). Decently comfortable rooms, beds, good bathroom. Safe and quiet. A pretty short walk to the main area that has restaurants, shopping etc. Though keep in mind that the hotel is on a hill and so be prepared when walking back up. The breakfast was OK, lots of fresh food, juice options, coffee machine but i wish it had more cooked meat options than just a few cold cuts."

"From the moment I booked, Artemis Cave Suites set the bar high with their impeccable service. The concierge reached out immediately, providing information and recommendations, and arranging our excursions! Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and checked in very quickly. The lobby's trio of adorable dogs added an extra touch of charm, especially for fellow dog lovers like us. They were the cutest! The recent renovations have transformed the hotel — maintaining the charm of a cave hotel but with contemporary elegance. Every area of the hotel is exquisitely furnished. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering so many choices — very much exceeding our expectations. The multiple rooftop patios provided stunning views of the city and balloon-filled sky. The location is perfect — a close walk to the central area and a few minutes to an incredible viewing point of the hot air balloons. Take a right out of the hotels front door and walk up the hill — you can’t miss this! It was stunning. The staff's friendliness and efficiency were consistent throughout, making every interaction a pleasure. The Turkish bath experience at the hotel’s spa is something I’d recommend to anyone visiting Turkey. Excursion arrangements were flawlessly executed. Special mention goes to Butterfly Balloons and our guide Birol from Heritage Travel (both booked by the hotel) whose expertise and charm enhanced our experiences. Birol was a perfect tour guide, I can’t recommend him enough. "

The rooftop breakfast is staged for photos as well so everyone has an opportunity to take pics with the balloons at sunrise. We really enjoyed our stay!"
