I found the staff at reception particularly un-polite, breakfast quality rather average and cleanness rather superficial (back of the sink was full of soap and toothpaste marks) . Finally, basic hotels services like indoor poor and gym come at an extra price…but it is not indicated in the booking. Overall, a disappointing experience especially when compared to nearby...

"The entire property and the Rooms were amazing. Top amenities, service, and friendly staff. \*\*\*Other cave hotels in the area (Goreme) were all run down looking and connected to other buildings. Although Goreme is a cute tourist town about 20 miles away from this amazing cave hotel, the mountain side privacy is worth the 20 minute taxi ride to visit Goreme. Also all the tours in the area pick you up and drop you off at the hotel. Finally, we stayed 4-nights and easily could have stayed a 5th to do all the exciting activities! Big mistake if you don’t book at this location. "
