The hotel provided shuttle buses to and from the airport and activities for during your stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. However keep in mind due to the fact that it is a cave the wifi was really spotty and the hot water in the bathroom wasn’t really hot. The views are nice, you can see hot air ballons flying in the valley from this hotel. The hotel is 5-7 mins walk to the nearby restaurants, cafes and market. The staff was very helpful. Helped me book all tours and airport transfers. We booked the honeymoon suite. The room was very very big and we loved it. However, the shower broked the first day. We had to use the shower pipe to shower everyday. The breakfast has very limited options. They have the same items everyday. The staff is good though. Very welcoming and helpful. Our room did not have air conditioning. I dont know about other rooms. The rooms are extremely queit to the point that anyone could hear us from outside. The bed was very old and squeaky. The jonemoon suite had a jacuzzi which was amazinh.
