Our room had no AC and despite multiple complaints to the very rude staff, all they said was that can put a fan or 2 in the room. Then when we tried asking for water, they tried charging us money for the water. In addition, we had reserved the private pool with a view room and it was anything but private. Workers and staff kept coming through our private area without knocking or me or my wife’s consent multiple times. The breakfast buffet was very limited and they were very stingy with the portions. I paid over $2000 for 3 nights and the staff/property did nothing to help us with our 28 degree Celsius room I reserved for my honeymoon.
