"they have the most quiet elevator i've ever been to. they clean your room every single day unless you hang a "don't disturb" on your door. every single employee is very helpful and nice. very highly recommended. we'll keep coming back to this great hotel."

"Everything was great. The staff is very honest. I left my money in the safe and they called me so I was able to get it before my cruise ship left. Perfect location next to the train station. The shops have everything you need."

"Highly recommend. This hotel was beautiful and everything about it was picture perfect. The rooms and vicinity were clean, spotless and smelled fresh and new. They had an onsen or hot bath which was the perfect way to start and end the day. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and had so many selections of hot/cold variety, it was so good. The staff and customer service were beyond my expectation, they were extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities were awesome, and they provided all toiletries and essentials. If there was one place I’d stay over and over again this would be it! I would highly recommend to stay here. The location is conveniently next to the train and so close to Tokyo Bay, Disneyland and the city! This hotel had everything and more than I expected. What a great find and reasonably priced at the time of booking. If I had known that this place was immaculately clean and conveniently located I would’ve extended my stay much longer if I could. I definitely recommend and will return here on my next trip. This hotel was just beautiful!!"

"The hotel is in a quiet area of town but close to a train station so it was easy to get around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Probably the best thing was the breakfast. It filled us up so we skipped out on lunch! The rooms we had were small (like Paris small) but they were clean and comfortable. It is a little dated but now much. Definitely would recommend it"
