It is very central to all the sites, which is the best part of it. The rooms are ok, a bit dated, clean. The bathrooms leave something to be desired, but do have a bathtub. We really enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks (sake, red & white wine, plus nonalcoholic drinks ) every day from 4-8pm. The breakfast was incredible … many Japanese choices plus some western options, including fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, etc. Staff were very friendly and the location top notch for seeing the main sights of Kanazawa.
