Staff were so attentive, rooms were lovely - also we used all the extras offered - isolation tank, sauna and hot tub/cold tub & massage - all were great! Breakfast was different but still good. Perfect location - close to gardens, fish market & great food options. The staff spoke great English and were very kind. The Taiwanese breakfast was delicious. I had a massage here which was one the best I have ever had. The location is so convenient for shops, kenrokuen gardens and the the art museum. From the pictures you already know it looks really nice with a unique modern look but once you get inside, there are so many surprises that prove they have really considered every little possible thing to make your room, your amenities, your service, and your experience, as perfect as they can get it. This was our favorite stay in all of Japan.
