Modernes Hotel. Sehr große und komfortable Zimmer. Frühstücksraum sehr hektisch und laut. Richtig schlimm ist das Personal. Überhaupt gar nicht hilfsbereit und man hört ständig nur ein NEIN. Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe. Wir haben letztendlich 2 Stunden nach der Ankunft dann einchecken können. Beim Frühstück wurden wir 4 Mal regelrecht belästigt, ob denn bei uns wirklich das Frühstück inklusive wäre. Irgendwann wurde dann die Buchungsbestätigung akzeptiert aber dann war uns der Morgen auch schon verübelt worden. Dieses Hotel ist für uns keine Empfehlung wert. Die Daumen gehen ganz klar nach unten.

フロントに、日本人が居なくて少し不安がありました。チェックインの時に何も言われなくて、夜に確認したら朝食付きで無い事が分かって、慌てて食材を買いに行きました。キッチン付きだったので良かったですが、付いてなかったら残念な旅になりそうでした。ラウンジでは、宿泊者は無料でしたので、そこが良かったです。ただ、夜に利用客が酔ってたのかジロジロ見てきたので、娘も居ましたし、目線の違うソファの配置だといいな、と思いました。 なかなか家族とは旅行出来ませんが、機会があればまた利用したいです。 その時は、朝食無しで予約します。

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt House Kanazawa. Location is excellent right next to Kanazawa station, walk to hotel 5 mins. The room was quite spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. It also had a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, big refrigerator, and all the necessary cutlery, including a dishwasher. Very happy with our stay!

スポーツジムが24時間使えるのは良かった。アルコールも飲み放題で良かった。スタッフの対応もたんぱくですがすぐなんでも対応してくれて悪くないです。欲を言えば無料駐車場欲しいです。あと、自分のミスではありますが予約の時に朝食付きと勘違いしました。わかりにくかったです。

開放式廚房非常好，酒店間房大，煮食用的裝備齊全，美中不足的是由於地理位置非常近JR，有時會聽到鐵路聲音，如果容易醒的旅客要留意這一點，另外每日11點至8點可以免費享用大堂的咖啡，紅白酒及汽水，非常棒。

Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were consistently helpful, polite, and comfortable in English throughout the stay. The lobby and outdoor areas were lovely, with complimentary coffee, tea, and drinks available all day — a very generous touch. A well-stocked vending machine also covered meals, snacks, and additional beverages. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and equipped with a kitchenette and cookware, offering a level of comfort well above expectations. An exceptionally pleasant stay, and we will without doubt be returning.
