Decent place to stay, but hidden fees that are not advertised, like $25 for parking a car and a separate $25 "convenience fee" ... for coffee in the morning??

Royal Kona Resort
Upon arrival place was under construction some places that had mention on the resort is closed due to not properly built and needing remodeling forth the amount I paid was not worth it.
