I came to Outrigger Waikiki with family, so Outrigger was their choice. We all found it disappointing. Definitely not worth the price being charged.
Not enough facilities for the number of guests. Queuing for sun loungers by the tiny pool which were all gone by 8.30. Ridiculous charges for beach loungers and umbrellas. Long waits to get a table at Dukes in the evening.
Website does not mention the noisy renovations taking place on Lobby floor.
Staff were pleasant but this place was nothing special and unless it was the only place available on your chosen dates, I would not recommend it.

Napili is a beautiful bay away from the noise and crowds of Kanipali. We stayed in Puna Point 2 which was the quietest part of the resort. Our ocean front one bedroom suite was very clean and nicely furnished. Near the main pool there was a SNACK shop open from 7am -5pm. There was also a restaurant open all day.
