#### サービスは良いがハードウエアが。。。 従業員の方のサービスは非常に良かったです。バイキングも値段を考えれば種類も多く、地域の郷土料理に近いものはおいしかったです。 本館に泊まりましたが、設備が古く機能はしていても、扉の軋みや重みが激しかったり、隣の部屋の声がまる聞こえだったり、空調の強弱がコントロールしにくかったり、相当ストレスを感じました。また、何の臭いかはわかりませんが、部屋は独特の臭いがしました。 交通手段は湯快リゾートの無料送迎バスに限られ、レンタカーが無いと行動は制限されます。特に、チェックアウトの日は乗りたかった送迎バスが満席で、タクシーも捕まらず、相当早く駅に到着する路線バスで移動せざるを得ず、また、路線バスも一番近いバス停の路線は本数が少なく、大人だけならまだしも、子供連れには絶望的な立地です。 行った日はお湯も温度が低く、入っている人のマナーも、騒いだり、ある場所を占領したり、余り良くなかったです。 従業員の方のサービスは非常に良いだけにこのハードウエアのマイナスは相当残念です。 ##### Jun Stayed 1 night in Feb 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Masako 5 Dec 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, staff Aug 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities プレミアムタイプになってからどう変わったのか気になり宿泊 食事に関してはお寿司と自分の席での焼肉にプラスしてバイキングが付いてくるすたみな太郎みたいな感じでした お寿司はシャリに赤酢を使用しておりネタもよくはないですが以前の湯快リゾートに比べたら良くはなってます 焼肉のお肉に関しては正直あまりよくはなく油だらけだったり、固くて噛みきれなかったりと残念でした お寿司と焼肉をメインに謳っているからか他のバイキングのメニュー数が少ないのも残念でした プレミアムタイプでも値段が1番安いところのレベルは前の湯快リゾートとそんなに変わっていないのであまり期待するのは禁物です 食事以外の温泉だったり施設に関しては年季は感じますが綺麗にされていてとてもよかったです
