本館に泊まりましたが、設備が古く機能はしていても、扉の軋みや重みが激しかったり、隣の部屋の声がまる聞こえだったり、空調の強弱がコントロールしにくかったり、相当ストレスを感じました。また、何の臭いかはわかりませんが、部屋は独特の臭いがしました。 交通手段は湯快リゾートの無料送迎バスに限られ、レンタカーが無いと行動は制限されます。特に、チェックアウトの日は乗りたかった送迎バスが満席で、タクシーも捕まらず、相当早く駅に到着する路線バスで移動せざるを得ず、また、路線バスも一番近いバス停の路線は本数が少なく、大人だけならまだしも、子供連れには絶望的な立地です。 Okay #### Verified traveller 23 Mar 2022 入浴も食事も三部制でした。 お風呂は広いので、ゆったりとできました。 食事はバイキングで、決められた時間より少し遅れて入ったほうが、並ばずに食べ物をとれます（食事の席数は多く、食べ物の補充も十分です）。今回は子供の希望が「バイキング」だったので、初めから旅館でのサービス等を求めていなかったので、全体的には満足です。
