We stayed at the property for two nights and we were quite happy with our stay. Dinner and breakfast were very good, private onsens were amazing. Private onsens could use a good scrub (that was the only con for our stay). Lady Staff are rude while ordering another meals very unpolite, not accomodating when we arrived after a long trip, property is not accessable to public transpo, private transpo must be needed. Because of some issues with trains we got to the hotel about 10 minutes before check out finished and dinner started. They took the time to make sure we had everything and made sure we got to dinner on time! Our room had the inside and outside onsen baths. The view was fantasic and the outside bath could fit both of us, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious and was a fantastic experience. I think we were the only people staying there and the girl working there really gave off a vibe that we were putting her out by making her be there and work. Other than our room the place was freezing. Such a shame as we were looking forward to staying in a royokan. At least the onsens in our room were good but overall not worth the price we paid.
