It includes a game room with small pool Table, dart board, workout area with a bowflex machine and a treadmill. 5 miles from kingsport about 3 miles from Johnson city. private and quiet with a paved drive way and carport. Includes wifi and basic cable.

Mid Century cutie

We were passing through, pulling a motorcycle on a trailer behind our SUV, and this was exactly what we needed. Has a big carport, which was very easy to use. The living area is very comfortable and great for watching football. Had a good night's sleep in the king size bed. The place is very clean and had everything we needed.
