Mid-century home, vintage and somewhat eclectic, clean, cozy and comfortable. check out the pics, it is nice. It includes a game room with small pool Table, dart board, workout area with a bowflex machine and a treadmill. 5 miles from kingsport about 3 miles from Johnson city. private and quiet with a paved drive way and carport. Includes wifi and basic cable.

We loved the home and the quiet neighborhood. Was just a 15 minute drive to shopping and anything you needed. The host was terrific and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Will definitely use them again.

Mid Century cutie

We were passing through, pulling a motorcycle on a trailer behind our SUV, and this was exactly what we needed. Has a big carport, which was very easy to use. The living area is very comfortable and great for watching football. Had a good night's sleep in the king size bed. The place is very clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect !

We needed a quick place to stay after a family gathering about 15min away. This house was perfect in every way. Plenty of room to accommodate our little family. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. She went over and above and even pulled out the couch bed and had it made for us. I would 100% recommend this stay. We will be coming back when we are in the area.

Great place near Johnson city and Boone Lake

The house is older but it is located in nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. It had everything we needed. There were lots of kind extras that were not expected, but definitely appreciated. We were not in the house very much because we were at an event at the lake; however, we were able to rest a bit each evening before bedtime and utilized some of the games and living area. It was very comfy. The house was easy to find with a level driveway and carport. The owner was quick to respond to questions and has a nice intro letter with local info at the entryway. My teens were disappointed we didn’t have the opportunity to stay longer. I recommend for a stay near Johnson City or Boone Lake. We would stay again if in the area.
