We paid Expedia the full amount for our Deluxe Surcharge room on booking and were informed that our reservation was booked, that there there was no need to re-confirm and that our room was guaranteed for late arrival. The Peech Hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel in a quiet residential area. We stayed for 3 nights it coudn't have been better. It has beautiful gardens, lovely rooms, great food. We ate there for both breakfast and lunch - delicious. John, who served us each day was a delight... as were the staff on reception who kindly allowed us a very late checkout as our flight wasn't until the evening. In fact, everyone that worked there was so nice.

Great stay in a fun hotel

Alcohol free hotel so be aware. Staff lovely and rooms well appointed. I have had hot water issues on the last two visits and the lack of a fridge in the room is a pain. Breakfast service can be slow. Would recommend due to location and staff.

Everything was excellent. The only thing I would comment on is that the restaurant was a bit too expensive. Paul's in the Melrose Arch which is one of the most upmarket restaurants in the area was cheaper.

Helpful and friendly staff. The shuttle to and from the hotel was extremely useful.

Everything about this place is great. Location, rooms, amenities, staff, breakfast and value for money. Couldn’t have asked for much more during our stay. There are also some shops and fast food restaurants opposite, in case you need a few things quickly! Highly recommended and will moat definitely be back!

Fantastic

Expedia messed up our 1st booking as there was a dispute between them and the hotel regarding payment for other bookings. So after 2 hours I demand Expedia found us another hotel. It's a Protea hotel to your standard 4 star. It's quite large so does take a second to walk to reception.
