"A wonderful property to stay, we were upgraded to the presidential suite which was large with two bathrooms. Very nice old world charm. The food was a bit of a disappointment. Breakfast and service was not up to the standards of the room and cost. Breakfast was included but was limited and was served cold though the plate was very hot? We had dinner one evening it was expensive and the vegetables were cold but the meat was warm and delicious. We were the only guest and the service was slow...

"This boutique hotel is special. Proximity to Rosebank premier amenities while being tucked away in a block close to the highway. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was top tier. Room service, food and other add ins were not only affordable, but fresh, well presented and wide ranging. Really a perfect alternative to a stay at a cookie cutter hotel model. Please change very little about this place!!"

"I made a last minute booking, as my booked accommodation cancelled at 15h30 in the afternoon. They only had 1 room left, which was a 2 bedroom chalet, which they kindly let me book. This chalet is obviously not used very often and it felt a bit tired. Based on the other reviews, I think that this was an anomaly. However, the breakfast was disappointing. Only Weetbix, yogurt, eggs, bacon and toast."
