"The hotel was very nice, with spacious rooms and balconies/patios, a nice pool, decent wifi, accommodating staff, and a nice restaurant with good food and wine. Our hotel arranged a shuttle from the airport for ~$25 USD for the 30 min drive, but Uber is also possible. The surrounding area was very upscale and had numerous shopping malls with anything you could want to buy. It was not considered safe to walk the streets at night, even around our hotel. "

"From my very first moment stepping into the hotel I did not feel welcome I was not greeted with a smile even though I asked for one the receptionist just stared at me in the face. They were not able to organise an early check-in due to poor planning and poor communication. I was told I’m not allowed to wear my slippers in the communal area in the hotel I was only allowed in to wear them in my bedroom and 100% not allowed whilst eating breakfast. Specific members of staff are great at their job and very welcoming but the majority of staff seem like they’re they’re just to pick up a check. I watch them during breakfast time the staff helping themselves to food sat around on the sofas in the foyer with their legs up feet on the sofa just very unprofessional. "
